Over 25 years of experience as Technical Safety Specialist covering Safety and Loss Prevention, Design engineering, Safety and Risk studies for upstream and downstream oil and gas projects covering Conceptual, Detail Engineering and EPIC of green field and brown field projects. Perform design assurance checks and Technical Authority (TA-2) function for major projects at various stages of project. Participated & conducted Project HSE Reviews (PHSER) that provides assurance to stakeholders where sensitive areas of HSE risk been identified and appropriate procedures developed to manage these risks. Associated with major clients such as BP, Conoco Philips, SHELL, TOTAL, Woodside Petroleum, ARAMCO, QATAR PETROLEUM, PDO OMAN, Brunei SHELL Petroleum (BSP) and ADNOC Group companies on large CAPEX projects.
